KWGaming is a fun little gaming store specialising in trading card products. We are a small business looking to quickly grow our inventory. We are all about good vibes and are more than a gaming store. Come check out our twitch channel twitch.tv/kittywolf_ where we stream Mon-Sat 6pm-10pm. We recently took control of the business and have given the store a revamp and are working to make this a great safe and positive space for or customers. Our store saying is Wolf = Kitty. Returns Information

If you wish to return and item please send me a message via the Contact Us page and I will happily accept the return if the item is still in re-sellable condition. If the reason for the return is 'you've changed your mind' or 'ordered by mistake' you will be liable for any costs for safe return of the item. If an item is faulty I will accept a return outside the return period which is 30 days and will cover any delivery costs. On rare occasions items can go missing/delayed in the post. If this occurs I will provide a replacement or refund for the value of the goods and any postage cost that were incurred.

Delivery Information

Items are dispatched every working day Monday-Friday and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which will take 2-3 days. Optionally this can be upgraded to Tracked 24 in check out of items, which 1 day delivery. Items are currently being dispatched on Mondays & Fridays only as the store is under new management. Please refer to you tracking number before getting in touch as this will have all the information available.

Delayed / Lost and Misrouted Orders

Items delayed in the post may take up to 5 working days to arrive. If an item has taken longer than this to arrive it can be deemed as lost. In this case please get in touch using the 'contact us' link on the top of the page and a refund or replacement can be organised. Items will always be sent to the address specified on the order. If you have entered the wrong delivery information and your item has been dispatched before contacting us we will not liable for any loss. If however it is before the item has been sent we will be able to update the information and redirect it to the correct address.   

Cancellations/Amendments

As long as your item has not been dispatched you can request the cancellation or amendment of your order. If an item has been dispatched you may return it for a full refund.
